Steven Ray is cofounder and creative director of 39Argyle, a mobile interaction and visual design boutique. He's all about a positive mental mindset and doesn't believe in wasting any time or energy with stress but treats at problems as challenges, whether design or business related.
Steve thinks every creative worker should run their own business at some point in their career and he thinks anyone can do it. He believes that there's enough creative work out there that designers and companies in a design related industry should raise each other up and help each other and the design community as a whole. He's going to talk about his experience starting and running a creative business.
